For the longest time, my husband has been suggesting that I try meal planning, creating a calendar for meals. I have been fighting him for years. I finally decided to give it a try...It is actually a good idea. Less stressful on work days and it helps with meal preps, etc.
I try to do my grocery list for the week on Thursdays, so I plan my meals for the week then. Then I create a printout to print on the fridge. (I Wish i could remember where I found this template...one day I want to be that talented.)
